We have been a corporate housing provider based in Los Angeles since 2012. Our furnished corporate suites come equipped with industry standard items for today’s modern traveler. Our core inventory is in Los Angeles and Marina del Rey. Our minimum stay is 31 days. We do not allow shorter stays.

The Space:
We have several 1BR units in this complex. All our 1br units have a similar design plan and are equally equipped. Inquire directly for availability and unit specific floor location and photos. Rent includes 1 assigned parking space in our gated parking garage, gas, water, power, Wi-Fi (30 mb/s), cable tv, Central AC, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer in unit and large walk-in closets, modern bathroom, carpeted, 650 sq ft, no pets, no smoking inside the unit. The unit comes with a queen bed that sleeps two total occupants. There is a $250.00/month utility cap.

Booking Requirements:

(1) Tenant application – Rental application sent via “Docusign” for your electronic signature

(2) Tenant screening via the website “Key Check”. It is a cost to you of $39.99. Paid to them directly. They do a “soft” credit check, criminal background check, and an eviction check.

(3) Once approved, Lease/ Rental Agreements are sent via “Docusign” for your electronic signature.

(4) Credit Card Authorization Form sent via “Docusign” for your electronic signature and processing.

Payment Methods?
We accept major credit cards. There is a 3% processing fee for Visa/Master and 5% for AmEx and Discover.

The Community:
This is a 2-building complex. We have 1br units in both buildings. The complex is maintained by a friendly and?professional?staff. As our guest you would have access to both building amenities.

Noise Policy
We ask all our guests to be respectful and courteous to the residents and staff. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Noise complaints, drunk and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.

Pet Policy
There are no pets allowed in our units. We are Americans with Disability Act (ADA) service dog compliant.

Smoking Policy
There is no smoking of any kind inside our unit. You can smoke on the balcony with the door closed behind you. Smoking in the unit will result in loss of security deposit and other charges which will include new carpeting and painting of the unit.

We are off Wilshire Blvd and close to the 110, 101, 10, and 5 FWYS
