We are just over a mile to the sand and OB Dog Beach, 5 minutes to Newport Ave/downtown Ocean Beach, 5 minutes to Liberty Station/Liberty Market, 7 minutes to the San Diego International Airport, 10 minutes to Old Town, Hillcrest, Little Italy and Downtown San Diego, 15 min to Balboa Park-- truly a great coastal, central San Diego location.

This is a Non Smoking home.  No smoking allowed inside our outside the unit. 

This home has a maximum occupancy of 2. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.  

This home is part of a condominium complex.  You have shared walls.  

This unit is pet friendly.

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply.  Pets are never to be left alone in the homes - left to bark or be disruptive to neighbors. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet.  You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.  

There will be a $40/Night pet fee if brining a Pet. For longer stays you can inquire about our flat weekly and monthly rates.  
 
Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.  Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.  Quiet hours start at 9pm and end at 8am.  

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.

Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.
