In addition to house rent, your monthly rate does includes all utility fees.
A REFUNDABLE security deposit of $1500 will be collected to pay for any significant damage that occurs during your stay.
A NON-REFUNDABLE cleaning fee of $200 will also be charged to the renter.

Description

This charming home is tucked away from any busy roads and is located on a large corner lot that backs to a cul-de-sac. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly!
It is air-conditioned with an ultra efficient quiet AC heating system that keeps the home comfortable year-round!
A two-car garage and driveway space is available to you as well. The inside garage door opens up to the downstairs family room of the home.
The house has 4 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 7 people. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, as well as, a huge walk in closet for large amounts of storage and a master bath that has a bidet and an ultra tall shower with grab bars. In the other bedrooms there is two queen beds and one single bed.
This is a split level home so there are two short flights of stairs. One short flight goes upstairs where 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are and one short flight goes downstairs where there is a large family room with an equally large electric reclining sectional sofa, a 65” smart TV and large windows to let light into the space, as needed.
On the main floor is a living area with a cozy fireplace and 55” smart TV, a conversation corner and a dining area. There is a cozy breakfast nook in the kitchen for two and a sliding glass door opening onto a large deck.
We have a BBQ (not pictured yet) and a large table outside with an umbrella for dinner outdoors.
The yard and deck area are currently in a transformation period. We will be adding a permanent cover to the back patio area and redoing the lawn in the near future.
